Valve guides

We have many years experience making valves guides for all types of vehicles. We can make guides out of cast iron (standard for old classics), manganese bronze for more modern vehicles, or Colsibro valve guides for high performance or when low wear / high tolerances are required. We have many patterns and designs in our CNC system, but can design or model any guide to your requirements. Our maximum diameter if 22mm and maximum reamed length is 75mm. These are machined and reamed in a CNC lathe and then precision ground on the diameter. This ensures concentricity is perfect and run out is less then 0.0005″ (0.01mm)
